Founded in 2005 Pranav Eye Care Hospital Ambattur and Mogappair has been doing yeomen services in delivering top quality eye care to the population of this area for more than 15 years. Dr Senthil along with his wife Dr Malathi has been instrumental in building this organisation into a top Eye Care facility in Chennai.

Dr Senthil founded Welcare Health Systems in 2015 to address the challenge of Diabetic Retinopathy through Teleophthalmology. Since inception Welcare has reached out to more than 1.5 million Diabetic Patients and has grown to become one of the largest Teleophthalmology Company in India.

Welcare has pioneered an innovative approach, wherein Welcare sets up an affordable eye screening service inside existing Diabetes centers, General hospitals, Paediatric Clinics and other health centers. Patient information including retinal images are securely transferred online to Welcare’s Ophthalmologists for review and diagnostics. The results and recommendations for follow-up are then shared to the patient via staff at the facility they visited

Welcare was selected as one of Indias 50 Most promising startups in India in the Smart CEO Event in Sept 2015, In 2017 Welcare recieved the CII award for most proimising healthcare startup in Tamilnadu

Ophthall is Indias Only Practice Development Organization for Ophthalmologists supporting 2500+ Ophthalmology Practices.

The word OphthALL comes from combination of two words Ophth- for Ophthalmology and All for Everything in Practice Development.

The day an Ophthalmologist or an Eye Care Provider steps into practice he / she becomes an Entrepreneur. Unfortunately, medical schools do not teach Entrepreneurship and thus starts a challenging ride. Eye care practices have to face a lot of challenges today starting from simple regulatory clearances to manpower issues, financing and a lot more.

Ophthalls goal is to help support Eye Care Practices address these challenges and then help them to grow and reach the next level.
