- Moreover, we evaluated the presence of peripheral blood myeloid-derived suppressor cell (MDSC) subpopulations, blood based immune-inflammatory biomarkers and plasma metabolomics to identify cancer-associated changes in BC patients, in terms of patient's pathologic complete response
- Technique used: Flow Cytometry, DDPCR, RTPCR, organoid cell culture, Confocal microscopy, Density gradient centrifugation, cell sorting using magnetic beads and GCxGC/TOFMS.
