Fekira has played an important role in our nursing staff here in Alliance medical clinic Nyakuron East Juba south Sudan. She is a detailed –oriented individual who is able to remain calm and focused under any type of pressure.
- Miss. Fekira was hired on the spot during her first interview by our head nurse miss. Poni, she proved right away that she is capable of working long hours and carrying a heavy work load. It takes some nurse quite a while to settle in, but miss. Fekira has a knack for this line of work which was immediately exemplified by her inhered communication crisis management skills.
- In situations where immediate assistance is required for a patient, miss. Fekira rises to the occasion and solves problems just as quickly as they develop. As a midwife/nurse you are faced with different challenges every day, so you have to be quick on your feet and be able to thick critically under immense pressure. Miss. Fekira accomplishes this without a stutter, her problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients is remarkable. While miss. Fekira is on shift, patients can relax knowing they are in good hands.
