• Coordination and management of all inventory control functions including conducting daily cycle counts
and book-to-book comparison between the client’s and Rhenus's Warehouse Management System
• This position typically reports to the Inventory Control Manager or General Manager of the facility
• Oversees the daily cycle counts, slot audits and the reconciliation of activities between systems
• Ensures that customer requirements are accurately reported in the timing provided by the customer
• Plans, executes and reconciles physical inventories
• Prepares analysis of adjustments activities report
• Researches to reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Makes recommendations to management on initiatives and programs to improve inventory and works
on those programs
• Conducts the daily pre-shift meetings covering previous shifts productivity, operational problems,
forecasting workload and any other pertinent company information
• Assists in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness
• Assists in developing a program for all new personnel and ensures the onboarding program is followed
• Manages and maintains good human resources practices with direct reports, and adherence to
established corporate and department policies and procedures
• Works with Management and Human Resources to resolve employee relation issues, discipline actions,
problem resolution and terminations
• Provides feedback, coaching, guidance, and recognition to enhance personnel’s skill development
• Plays an active role in employee development and talent selection
• Provides regular coaching and constructive feedback on performance, prepares and delivers hourly
performance reviews
• Maintains accurate timekeeping records
• Exhibits a commitment to self-development by staying current on information, tools, and systems
• Travels to other warehouses and participates in department or company meetings, as necessary
• Provides training for Inventory Control team and ongoing training to educate staff

• Oversees the inventory control daily operations including inventory management, researching, and
resolving inventory
• inquiries and processing adjustments as needed
• Reviews and processes financial adjustments to inventory as needed
• Develop and maintain slotting and capacity optimization
• Conduct routine audits on cycle counters & inventory to ensure standard operating procedures are
followed
• Manage outside storage process
• Perform non-warehouse cross dock research
• Coaches and trains associates on inventory processes including managing talent and performance
• Partners with local Operations leadership to meet inventory and service level goals
• Ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements / service level
agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership
• Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure: Care, custody, and
control of customer inventory; Accuracy (to floor and customer book); Proper utilization of information
technology
• Provide required documentation to customer, customer’s financial statement auditor or appropriate
regulatory auditor in support of compliance requirements
• Performs other relevant job duties as required

• Conduct associate performance reviews, individual development plans and succession plans
• Ensure company policies are communicated, administered, and enforced at appropriate levels
• Ensure associates have proper training and access to the necessary tools to perform their assigned

• Provide daily tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates for daily workloads
• Monitor the daily labor, work schedules and daily attendance of employees
• Identify products damaged during transportation, and confirming the quality of goods
• Monitors inventory levels and replenishes stock items based on assigned par levels.
• Monitor and update inventory forms for donor services
• Ensure products are inspected upon arrival, quarantined per SOP requirements, if applicable, and
received promptly, completely and accurately in MANHATTAN and SAP.
• Responsible for stocking supplies according to assigned bin locations to most effectively utilize
warehouse space.
• Prompt and complete fulfillment of internal customer orders and requests to achieve the highest level
of customer service. May include delivery to other sites.
• Maintains a neat and well-organized warehouse to facilitate workflow and provide a safe working
environment.
