• Contributed to the Indirect Tax ARC team, specializing in the preparation of amended returns for U.S. federal and state corporate filings using Amended State Tax Return (ASTRA) and OneSource Income Tax (OIT).
• Handled Administrative Adjustment Request (AAR) engagements for partnerships, utilizing Forms 8985, 8986, 8082, and 1065 through e-forms and OIT.
• Ensured timely filing of estimated tax payments and extensions for corporate clients to the IRS using GoSystem.
• Assisted the GCR team during off-peak season with the preparation of original state returns using STIW workpapers.
• Delivered high-quality results during peak season, completing 5–6 separate state amended returns and 3–4 combined state amended returns efficiently.
• Gained hands-on experience with various U.S. tax forms including 1120, 1120X, 8990, 8992, 8993, 1139, 1118, and 5471.
• Collaborated with team members to meet tight deadlines and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client-ready returns.

• Prepared processing forms and T-letters across multiple batches for client delivery.

• Assisted senior professionals in preparing tax technical presentations for monthly U.S. tax team meetings.

• iXBRL- Conversion of Company’s Financial Statements based on UKGAAP, IFRS, FRS 101 and FRS 102 into iXBRL language using XBRL Mapping Engine (XME).
• Tagged, reviewed and analyzed Financial Statements including Consolidated financial statement such as Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and related notes.
• Managed work during busy season by delivering 10 to 12 tagged files and 15 to 20 reviewed files per day with good quality.
• Coordinated with team to tag files properly and review them on time to meet deadlines.
• Worked on various Taxonomies of XBRL such as UKGAAP, IFRS, FRS 101, FRS 102, Banking, Insurance, Charity and Housing.
• Prepared detailed reports on audit findings and reported to onshore team.
• Accounts Checking- Verifying the internal consistency, mathematical accuracy, compliance with applicable standards of financial statements and finalization checklists.
