The role is to undertake a variety of tasks such as support employment offer making and onboarding pf employees, contract extensions.

Respond to inquiries, basic issue resolution and securing time card submittals and approvals.

Prepare, review, and deliver a variety of reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Updating and maintaining data on WAND too to ensure accurate records and maintained such as worker extensions, pay bill rate adjustments, etc.

I was working as Data processing Specialist, I used to work with Databases spreadsheets, documents, and other information that a company produces to get a picture of what the company is doing and how it's performing.

I need to ensure quality and timely management of the reference data across all countries assigned. Validation and focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (eg. Beverages, food Health, and Beauty products) I was expected to identify , investigate and co-ordinate the resolutions for data and process & product related queries.

I used to analyze and research product related information (FMCG) & Data to get accurate data the tools we used in daily basis were pivot table, Vlookup, Creating KPI summary, analysis/interpretations.

Topic: Impact of demonetization on Vendors and Hawkers
I worked on this project as a partial fulfillment of the degree of bachelor of business administration, my project was on research of Impact of
demonetization on Vendors and Hawkers when it was announced suddenly on 8th November 2016, what were the problems faced by them during this span of time is focused in the project. And project was selected for National seminar.

I worked as an Customer service resolution specialist , I used to take and engage chats to prospective customers in the designated market area to qualify leads and explain the type of service or product offered.

Respond to multiple inbound chats: gather and verify required information as appropriate.

Our team prepared a business idea based on social affair the product was water roller, My role was as leader of this project and team , The water roller was easy to roll and ready to be implemented in current Indian market. The innovation in our idea was that along with storage of water our product also had a filter which help in purifying the water. It is easy to roll it even on uneven roads. We also planned to tie up with NGO’s so that we can provide our product to small villages facing shortage of water.

I worked as an intern for "General study of the Bank", where I performed various activities such as open new accounts of the customers, update the document & charges,Transfer cheque and Clear cheque, Explain & awareness about new schemes, And also assisted the Lona head , other employees and did my best to grab the knowledge, At the end of internship I was supposed to submit the project to the bank of the one Month.
