Senior Technical Recruiter (Global Recruitment)
- Talent Acquisition - Handles the complete lifecycle of recruitment starting from understanding the requirement, sourcing the candidates, negotiating the compensation, handling interview process, rolling out offers and ensuring that candidates join at the right time
- Responsible for Lateral and Leadership support hiring for India, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Italy and South Korea
- Has good understanding of skill sets, prescreening the potential candidates before setting up the interview and niche skill hiring (Channel Being - Job Boards / Referrals / Social Sites, etc.) Offer Negotiations - Handles the entire offer negotiations for Mid/Senior/Leadership -Level Management and Senior Level resources for Production and Support for India and overseas adhering to company norms
- ATS - Well versed in using and maintaining data in SAP SuccessFactors / SmartRecruiters for various processes and requirements for every candidature from start to end
- Induction Program - Responsible for greeting the new employees, providing an overview of the company's structure, history, products, services, and other aspects of the business
- Campus Recruitment - Has an extensive experience in coordinating and conducting Campus Recruitment in Engineering Colleges in Tamil Nadu.
