• Design and Development of Solar powered AC Helmet. AC helmet is a must especially in Middle East wherein worker works at extreme temperatures. The helmet will be operational using solar power with TE modules. Involved in design and Analysis of components involved in Pilot helmet and generating virtual simulations in various Analysis software's to check its mechanical behaviors and Assemble the same.
• Portable Refrigerator, 2019-04-01, 2019-07-01, Designed and developed portable refrigerator based on Thermo electric modules i.e Peltier effect. This can be used extensively for preserving blood samples, can also be used as refrigerator for cooling. the interesting part is this device can work as cooler or warmer using simple Toggle switch and the Temperature can be maintained using controller. Wireless Indicator Helmet, 2019-05-01, 2019-07-01.
• Designed & Developed wireless break and indicator system to a full & half face helmet. This system is really vital for night riders. The moment driver operates indicators or break light the signal will be received by the receiver inside the helmet and the lights will be displayed. The project was my dream and soon going to apply for a patent.
• Automation of Thermoelectric Refrigerator a Silent Cooling., 2017-09-01, 2017-12-01, To provide an improved refrigeration unit, which is economical and efficient. To Automate refrigeration unit, employing thermoelectric modules, in which effective insulation and heat transfer provide considerable improvement. To provide compact refrigeration unit, which is relatively silent in operation, requires very little maintenance, and is economical to manufacture and use.
• Work standardization of Drive train component, 2017-01-01, 2017-06-01, This project work is involved in improvement of critical processes to reduce the rate of defectand time involved in achieving better quality output using optimization of process parameters. The project is carried out at EOU line of End yoke which includes various processeslike Turning, counter Boring, Drilling & Tapping, Spline Broaching, Nib Milling, Grinding, Thread checking, Balancing & Part Marking etc.

• Spearheaded groundbreaking initiatives, including the design and development of India's First Containerized Medical Oxygen Plant with an innovative oxygen cylinder refilling station.
• Pioneered the creation of a Portable Oxygen Generator capable of powering ventilators and instantly converting into a 5-bed ICU unit.
• Led a talented team of 15 members at Vega Aviation in the design and development of the SU-30 pilot helmet, enhancing aviation safety and performance.
