Sr. Training Specialist
I began my journey as a travel consultant with Flightnetwork.com, a Canadian-based online travel website. My primary responsibilities involved utilizing the Apollo GDS tool to handle tasks such as making new bookings, rebooking flights, and processing cancellations based on customer requests.
Later on, Flightnetwork.com was acquired by Etraveli Group, where I continued my role as a travel consultant associate. At Etraveli, I expanded my expertise to work with various GDS systems, including Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and NDC portals, as well as handling Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs). Due to my exemplary performance, I was promoted to the Firstline Support Team.
As my experience grew, I transitioned into a part-time Support Trainer role, and eventually, I was appointed as a full-time Trainer for both the Support and Firstline Teams.
During my time as a travel associate at Emirates, my role primarily involved managing new bookings, rebooking, and cancellations. I was proficient in using a tool called Easymars to carry out these tasks.
I used to be employed at Go First, previously known as Go Air, where I worked as a travel consultant from January 2010 to June 2010. During my time there, I was responsible for managing tasks related to amendment, cancellation, refunds, and other travel-related services using the "RADIXX" tool.
I have a great passion for traveling, as it allows me to immerse myself in different cultures and gain valuable insights into various aspects of life. Apart from that, I thoroughly enjoy reading autobiographies, listening to podcasts, and exploring various aspects of the aviation industry, such as different aircraft and fascinating fun facts related to them.
