• Delivered end-to-end Business Analysis responsibilities across the project lifecycle, translating business needs into well-structured user stories, functional specifications, and BRDs, ensuring clarity, completeness, and development readiness in Agile environments.
• Facilitated backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization sessions in collaboration with Product Owners, architects, and technical teams, aligning business priorities with delivery schedules for predictable sprint outcomes.
• Conducted gap analysis, impact analysis, and requirement validation, identifying ambiguities and dependencies early to reduce downstream rework and improve solution quality.
• Analyzed legacy systems and prior product releases to document functional behavior, business rules, and workflows, supporting accurate enhancement planning and informed stakeholder decisions.
