Working in Core HR module.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Managing team that oversees module maintenance, Implementing enhancements and Interacting with customers to understand and address reported issues.

• Improved HR module stability by designing and implementing data diagnostics that reviews customer data, identifies data integrity gaps and addresses the same in automated manner to ensure correct functioning of product.
• Designed and implemented error handling framework that dynamically provides with helpful insights and next actions for validation and application errors, resulting in reduction of inflow for customer service requests.
• Lead team of developers to deliver critical functionality that enables proactive review of customer's Employment data and Work Structures synchronization implementation which provides with insights of gaps in their setup and improvement suggestions.

• Responsible for resolving bugs , developing new enhancements and answering enquiries raised by clients on current latest product versions.
• Support on customization of product and configurations as per client needs.
• Guiding and training team mates to meet SLA for resolving various product issues.
• Planning for MR release process with compliance with QA team.
• Conducting trainings as per requirement.

• Ensuring the On Time Delivery of defect resolutions and enhancement in the product.
• Development for the product enhancement and Quality Assurance. Communicating with clients for requirements understanding and provide good understanding to my team.
• Fixing JUnits so that application meets all defined standards. Preparation of monthly and weekly Audit/tracking documents and coordinating for the compliance to the plan.
• Coordinating team meetings and supporting team proactively in their work.
