Having served the church for over 40 years, Fred Meadows is a dedicated and innovative spiritual leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership, developing and leading teams, teaching and curriculum development both in the academic and church communities. Spiritual and professional integrity are top priorities. Fred is passionate about collaborating with colleagues, mentoring students and people newer to the faith, and teaching the basic theological and biblical tenets of Christianity.
Develop and lead various discipleship pathways for the church in the areas of theology, spiritual formation, and biblical study.
Created The Academy at Mount Pleasant, a hub for the church's educational, equipping, and training opportunities.
Serve as primary instructor and curriculum designer for all classes.
Oversee the Connections Ministry that assimilates new people into the community life of the church.
Developed curriculum for several undergraduate courses in the area of Christian Theology, Religion, Bible, and Spiritual Formation.
Collaborated with colleagues and administrators to formulate creative educational programs.
Taught both in the classroom and online, using a variety of online educational delivery systems.
Led the Worship, Production, Communications, and Welcome Team as team leader.
Recruited and mentored musicians and worship production volunteers.
Served on the Senior Ministry Leadership Team.
Implemented a full-orbed worship and music ministry between two campuses.
