Having served the church for over 40 years, Fred Meadows is a dedicated and innovative spiritual leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership, developing and leading teams, teaching and curriculum development both in the academic and church communities. Spiritual and professional integrity are top priorities. Created The Academy at Mount Pleasant, a hub for the church's educational, equipping, and training opportunities.

Oversee the Connections Ministry that assimilates new people into the community life of the church.
