Proposal, and Pre-Sales Role
- Company Overview: A part of Exela Technologies Pvt. Ltd is the parent company.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of government and commercial proposal engagements across multiple company business verticals (RFx and demand creation).
- Develops and implements process improvements to help improve proposal quality. This job works under the direction of the Proposal Manager or Sr. Proposal Coordinator.
- Work with SMEs to update and maintain database responses, in addition to performing annual global updates to assigned sections.
- Serve as the owner and curator of the proposal management and development toolset: develop templates, tools, and best practices.
- Act as a project manager to prepare and execute a work plan for the design, writing, editing, review, and production of proposals.
- Accountable for creating and delivering a winning proposal for each assigned opportunity, and ensuring full compliance with RFP requirements.
- Writing proposals that are released in the market for the specific company requirements.
- Proposal requirements are released by the clients.
- The process includes accepting the proposal and working on the requirements, including team members from different departments: Opportunity Owner, Technical, Legal, HR, Business Analyst, and Solution Engineers.
- Creating the proposal by writing the content according to the opportunity requirements (Healthcare, Insurance, Banking & Financial Services, Legal, Education, Government, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales to develop win themes, cover letters, and executive summaries that best communicate the company’s competitive distinguishers, and solution benefits.
- Submission is made either through the portal, by email, or as a hard copy. Communicate the company’s competitive differentiators and solution benefits.s. and solution benefits.
- Manage several proposals if there is a high volume, and timelines are stringent.
