Admin Assistant
- Greeting visitors, providing excellent front desk support and handling customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Managing daily office operations and maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, courier, etc.)
- Scheduling meetings, appointments with internal teams and external clients or vendors.
- Preparing reports, letters, memos presentations and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of business operations.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures to follow for maintaining confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
