Senior Process Engineer

• Preparation of part modelling, product modelling, assembly drawing creation, assembly, simulation and drafting development according to our project requirements/ tooling and work holding design for machining by using NX CAD/ Catia V5 to accomplish desired purpose.
• Understand and apply GD&T to drawing package as required by technical specifications and/or project.
• Perform tool & clearance check in NX CAD/ Catia V5, to find out the tool reach ability, tool clearance & collision issues while handling assembly parts based on the basic production requirements.
• To check and maintain overall equipment architecture DMU equipment assembly and develops the detailed drawing.
• To provide DMU feedback/signoff for the respective team to solve them.
• Preparation of BOM for the SPM/equipment based on the design & project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to create and test functional prototypes of new components including component changes and design improvements.
• Analyzing project specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different teams
• Developing the concepts using advanced techniques .
• Performed trial tests for all the designs and ensured that the design and functions of the products fulfill the project requirements

Design cum Quality Engineer

• Design complex tooling, jigs, fixtures, functional gauging and facilities equipment utilizing NX CAD and Creo one space for the design work.
• Designed product component, assembly, and machine component models.
• Inspection of all Incoming Material Inspection as per the standards, Inspection of fit-up, dimensions, alignment and assembly works, arranging fit up inspection as per dimension.
• Cross-verify the adequacy of counter-measure of weekly quality problem.
• Preparing root cause analysis for eliminating defects by using 7QC tools.
• Participate in the Advanced Product Quality Planning activities to determine appropriate use of existing and new measurement systems during new tool or process design and startup.
• Preparation of Layout Inspection Reports, PPAP, SPC, 8D Reports.

Production & Quality :

• Planned production and procured raw materials essential for the supply chain
• Working in partnership with a team of shift engineers, supervisors and operators, achieved significant improvements in productivity. It eliminated work during weekends while maintaining the production schedule.
• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizes re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database.
• Creating and maintaining the Company's Quality Standards; develop, implement and maintain the Company's quality documentation, such as quality procedures, reports etc..
• Develop and submit PPAP documents for new product launches to meet customer requirements.
