• Ensure field quality assurance for post-concrete inspection, including deshuttering period, curing period, and curing adequacy. Conduct visual inspections of deshuttered concrete for defects such as deformations, structural distress, surface honeycombing, excessive air holes, abnormal surface cracks, and visible reinforcement issues.
• Manage QA/QC documents for the entire project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, and permanent materials delivered. Responsible for closing non-conformance and site instruction issues.
• Ensure quality and workmanship of every activity, demonstrating thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction related to civil, architectural, and structural disciplines, interfacing with multidisciplinary operations.
