1. Digitalization of Analytical Dashboard - worked with process excellence team and developed Analytical Dashboard which transformed the MI Analysis from Excel to Power BI.
2. Business Performance Management - Supported as a Team member for a Project called "Pre-funding Closure" a project to call off funding from Global Mobility vendor.
Evaluated Pre-funding needs along with Contract & Procurement team in BPR meetings, evaluated the funding needs with Cash Management, Controllers & Global Finance Managers & decided to call off pre-funding facility from vendor. Helped in direct cashflow impact of USD 15.0m.
3. Finance Process Excellence - Identified non-recovery of advisory cost & lower recovery from business operating units due to incorrect Tariff setup. Addressed this to Finance Manager, Global recovery team & operating units set right the process with an impact of cashflow into the organization of USD 3.75M.
4. Business Partnering - Played a key role in a project during organization change & demonstrated Finance skill to stakeholder & was part of design to execution phase in the Hierarchy setup project in the ERP & MI Reporting Tool. Built the Cost & Recovery mechanism efficiently with 100% accuracy in reporting.
5. Standardization in GL usage - As part of Continuous Improvements brought standardization in correct GL usage, drive the project centrally enabled correct financial reporting & helped in Automation.
