• Successfully established New Medium Duty Export Transmission Assembly & Testing Line Capacity of 48k for exporting transmissions to Germany
• Established i10 Model in Transmission assembly and testing line as a Brown field project in Plant 1 HMI
• Established i20 Model in Transmission assembly and testing line as a Green field project in Plant 2 HMI
• Capacity improvement from 2.5 to 3Lakh in Hyundai Transmission assembly and testing line.
• Cost reduction CFT formed and saved 1 Cr in toolings and consumables.
• Proto build line established for the new steering gear line within 3 ~ 4 months of time.
• Handling 100 Cr project for export steering gear division capacity of 2.4 L handling various customer like Europeans, Mexico and US counter parts.
• Handled Daimler, Hyundai, Ashok Leyland, Tata motors, Europe, USA , Mexico customers.
