• Appointed in SCCL on 01/21/83 and worked in various capacities currently holding the position of Director (Planning & Projects).
• Worked in RG.OC-I Mine for 10 years as a colliery Manager associated in re-design of the Dragline layout for the RG OCP-I Project to enhance the capacity from 2 MTPA to 3 MTPA.
• Worked in RG OC-II Project as planning manager for one year implementing in-pit crushing and conveying technology.
• As an Agent for RK-7 group of UG mines of 1MTPA capacity, replaced manual mining in steep gradients with SDL machines.
• Worked as project officer at JVR OC for one and a half years enhancing capacity from 3 MTPA to 5 MTPA.
• Prepared project reports for KTK OC-2 for 2 MTPA, Koyagudem OCP-3 for 3.5 MTPA, KK UG mine for 1 MTPA with Continuous miner technology.
• Contributed to the elimination of Basket mining in UG Mine and introduced CM in SK LW Project.
• Executed the RKP OCP project in Mandamarri with overburden removal at 3 m.cumt. per month.
• Dealt with two major fires in PVK-5 & VK-7 mines and participated in recovery of CM trapped in major roof collapse.
• Organised Safety Fortnights on various topics to enhance Safety in SCCL mines as GM (Safety).
• Acquired approximately AC 557 of land for VK OC, KTKOC-III and KKOC as GM (Estates).
• Visited Japan, Poland, Germany, South Africa, Mozambique, and Indonesia to study mining practices.
