Gabrielle Bestard

I am a cooperative, responsible, and outgoing individual. I enjoy meeting and interacting with new people and do well around young children. I have a strong work ethic and put my best foot forward in everything. I graduated high school with a Magna Cum Laude GPA, was voted IndyStar student of the week, played varsity tennis and was awarded Dean’s list my first year at Purdue University. I do well with criticism and am always eager to improve and make corrections. I am an easy-going individual, but I remain incredibly organized and disciplined. I have many experiences working with children. I was a student teacher for two years in a Kindergarten and Second-grade classroom; I was a camp counselor for two years for children aged 3-11; a child care attendant at The Bridgewater Club, babysat frequently, and I am studying elementary education at Purdue University. I am a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta Chapter at Purdue University, a member of the Purdue Letters of Love Organization, and a Volunteer at the Wabash Center, a disability services and support organization.
