  • My Current Roles & Responsibilities
  • Smooth operations of the office: Since I have an eye for minute details, and due to my regular and frequent office rounds, I ensure that my employees are working in the safe and secure working environment. They are always equipped with proper workstations, stationery and food and beverages.
  • Relocation Services: Since I also work closely with my hiring department, they entrust me with the most crucial task of relocating an employee from one city/country to another. I believe this leaves a very strong impact in the minds of our new joinees. I ensure that the end to end process is completed under my personal supervision and rigorous follow ups with the vendor.
  • Event Management: We frequently organize team off sites and R&R events in DELHI-NCR or outside and I am always the one-man army arranging the necessary logistics to ensure the event is conducted in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. This is possible due to the good negotiation skills that I possess and good rapport building with the top sales people in almost each 5-star property in my city. This also includes in house team celebrations like monthly birthday celebrations, festival celebrations, farewells etc.
  • Budgeting: I am responsible for making annual budgets with the optimal usage of available resources to meet the requirements. I have a strength to work with minimum budget available, still keeping my office staff always pepped up and motivated. This is because I am an employee friendly person and their needs always take a priority over mine.
  • Supervision: I am directly responsible to handle a team of security guards, housekeeping staff, pantry people, office drivers, electricians and office boys and maintenance staff.
  • Procurement: I assist my employees in procuring high value assets for their office or personal use such as cars, furniture and fixtures house. and other devices for office use which helps in promoting safety and security. We have recently plotted many devices during Covid time like shyocan.
  • Space Management: To ensure each employee gets a proper workstation as per their role and designation with basic day to day requirements. I also take care of the Corporate card & memberships for our senior leaders ensuring their bills are paid up on time and their memberships are renewed before they expire.
  • Internal audit and compliance is also one of my key areas that I work On: to ensure that everything is performed as per the compliance metrics and no deviations are done or observed. Integrity is of utmost importance to me and I make sure that no task is performed which violates the ethical values.
  • Airport Facilitation: I generally assist my promoters and Board of Directors on their official tours and family tours as and when required.
  • Besides this, I am a most reliable, trustworthy and most approachable person for anyone to seek assistance in time of need. My role requires me to be available round the clock for the employees (we worked day and night during the Covid times to ensure our employees are given office like environment at home). I work with minimum supervision and no follow ups are needed on any task assigned to me. I believe in getting the work accomplished before the deadline ensuring the work quality.
