Projects:

1) MBEAM Schematic Development project involving three major product lines, i.e., C520, C530, C540, for Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India (MBRDI) from October 2024 to present.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development of a basic circuit diagram for a virtual car line using the ISPM process.
• Creation of wiring layout for three main sections of the vehicle, i.e., engine, cockpit, and exterior.
• Creation of sub-harness wiring diagrams, e.g. - roof, seats, bumper, etc.
• Checking the applicability to various electrical components for a particular region in the vehicle.
• Implementing the necessary changes for the creation of a complete wiring harness diagram for a particular model series vehicle.
• These changes involve the addition and deletion of wires, inline connectors, splices, pigtails, and version changes in the devices involved.
• Documenting all the components added in the diagram.

2) MB.EAM 3D routing and drawing check for Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India (MBRDI) from 2023-07 to 2024-08.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding the EV car electrical zones and creating a 3D routing according to the connection point from the client.
• Following MB standards for the 3D routing, and maintaining the quality.
• Quality-checking the layout drawing and comparing it with the 3D harness.

3) Wiring Schematic Development for DTICI – Daimler Truck Innovation Center, India Private Limited, from April 2022 to July 2023.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing 2D schematic drawings of the entire wiring harness.
• Transforming the technical information from the input wiring harness drawings into Excel format.
• Assisted CAD designers, as well as established wiring harnesses.
• Creating a 2D schematic drawing for the end customer.
• Analyzing the commodities and their usage with respect to modules and the entire vehicle-level BOM (A Part and G Part numbers).
• Prepare the input (technical data in Excel format and custom images) for the newly developed rendering tool.
• Supporting the automation of the existing process to smooth and reduce manual intervention, to ensure a high quality rate.
• Design wiring harness routing by keeping in mind quality, manufacturing objectives, and serviceability.
• In-depth knowledge of quality processes and identifying errors as the QC responsible engineer.
