2. Monitoring the QA / QC : Review of quality checklists / intervals / method statement / SOP etc. Review the processes and address the shortcomings

3. Employee Engagement : Identification and Allocation of specific tasks to individuals and monitoring the performance

4. Innovations :Identify, Review and Implement innovative technology and spares for improving the life of the asset

5. Improvement to Airport Asset Analyze the condition of assets and prepare the scheme for improvement 6. Documentation : Review and implement Quality report as per statutory requirements
