* Equilend project, taken initiative to work on Equilend project, maximum borrowers were being manually reconciled by partners. I worked with borrowers and Equilend platform team to get borrowers on automated platform which eases the trade reconciliation process. 

* Statements issue resolution, team was facing a statements issue with borrower which was causing delay in settlement of bills, I picked this up as an opportunity and worked with borrower and our internal team to sort the issue. Finally the turnaround time for the settlement of the bill was reduced.
