As the global portfolio planning lead for Vostro range of Notebooks and Desktops my role envisages the future platform level changes and product roadmap of this brand.

This role is the bridge between the product group and the regional business teams to work on the long range roadmaps and define changes for the future.

Responsible for managing a 6M units and $2B business at a worldwide level reporting to the Global VP for Vostro.

This role covers different GTM like retail/Dell.com/Distribution and Commercial and SB business.

As Product Line Manager APJ region ( Asia Pacific and Japan) my role was responsible for NPL( new product launches) on Vostro and XPS range of products for the region.

SPOC for e tail and LFR businesses handling key accounts like Amazon and Reliance/Croma and planning their annual biz and product stack.

Ran 4P programs for Premium PC resulting in share growth in GFK from 21% to 38% in 2 yr period.

Responsible for launching Dell Gaming in India and increasing share to 38% and being No 1 in gaming during the period. Worked with global teams to launch gaming Go Big Program in India.

Partnered with Nvidia to launch Gaming Connect events touching more than 1 Lakh direct gamers in 2 year period.

Responsible for launching Dell.com in India and working with multi functional teams to ensure New product launches on Dell.com through India factory was ensured with 3 yrs of groundwork in 2017.

Managed Tablets for India market and Launched the 7" range in the country for the first time and was responsible for taking Lenovo to consistent No 1 in Tablet market in 2013-2015 period.
