Business Unit: IFAS NA WHEM - Nav Validation - Pension funds & Mutual funds

• Being responsible for delivering Pension funds and Mutual funds service trade operations, processing and validating of NAV, resolving inquiries, and serving as contact for escalations.
• Responsible for accurate and timely production and validation of Fund's daily and monthly accounting activities and net asset value calculation of funds for various clients.
• Reviewing of all financial statements prior to production and ensuring of timely and accurate sign offs are in place from various teams of valuation process.

Business Unit: EMEA Fund Accounting - UK Capstock - Mutual funds, Hedge funds, and Master - Feeder funds

• Preparing and maintaining books of records on daily basis for Mutual funds, Hedge funds and Master - Feeder funds.
• Calculate and validate NAV on daily, monthly, quarterly basis for assigned funds
• Tracking of all daily activities from mails and IMT (Interactive management tool) for any new clients/funds are onboarding and offboarding of existing clients/funds.
• Bookings of Capstock, trades, forex, conversion, switches, settlements received through various reports from TA and custody.
• Reconciling of stock and cash movements between accounting books and custody.
• Performing and updating of monthly activities like fund commitments based on capital calls and distributions, management fees and custody fees.
• Bookings of dilutions where price is different from MID to BID and MID to OFFER price.
• Liaise with internal/external teams in order to resolve discrepancies of any activities like stock, cash, settlements, capital calls, etc.
• Giving training to new hires and cross training to team and Assisted colleagues with fund management and ad hoc projects as needed.

Business Unit : Fund Accounting – Brussels NAV – Mutual funds, Pension funds and Master – Feeder funds

• Tracking all daily activities to comprise net asset value of mutual funds of various investment strategies, ensuring accuracy of funds trades, cash transactions, corporate actions and verified securities prices to properly value portfolio
• Prepared and delivered specific client request such as daily net asset value impact of late trades and reconciliation of portfolio holdings, helping division to surpass NAV accuracy goal of 99.90%
• Performing NAV calculations on daily and monthly basis
• Booking of trades from various bank statements and from custody reports of fund, Performing derivatives reconciliation like Forwards, Futures, Swaps and Options
• Communicated with internal or external clients daily to resolve discrepancies with transfer agents and custodian records
• Researched and resolved client issues in timely manner, which resulted in development and maintained of strong and trusting relationship
