Project description: The client is a major transportation, e-commerce, and business services provider in the U.S. The project is a maintenance project.

• Developed, tested, debugged and documented software programs using C and Unix shell scripting.
• Conducted code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinated installation of software systems and collaborated with user experience team on design and implementation of new features.

Project Description: The client is one of the major banking and credit card companies in the UK. The project is an Integrated Environment Support project. My roles and responsibilities in this project are:

• Coordinated with different teams to configure and integrate applications, and tested pre-production code.
• Created new Unix shell scripts to automate tasks.
• Used the Control-M tool to schedule jobs.
• Conducted root cause analysis for recurring problems to prevent future occurrences.
• Diagnosed and resolved technical issues for clients in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Developed and maintained detailed documentation of common issues and solutions to enhance knowledge base.
• Participated in after-hours on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Project Description: The client is one of the major insurance providers in the U.S. The project is a migration project, and my roles and responsibilities are:

• Migrated applications from HP-UX(RISC) architecture to HP-UX(Itanium) architecture.
• Each application had several Unix shell scripts that performed specific tasks. As per business requirements, new shell scripts were created.
• Used the Autosys tool to schedule jobs, tested in the UAT environment, and moved the code to the pre-production environment.
• Resolved customer inquiries in a timely manner by utilizing problem-solving skills.
• Participated in after-hours on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
• Conducted root cause analysis for recurring problems to prevent future occurrences.
