• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of NetApp Filers FAS-2750,2650 & 8200, AFF-A700, A800.
• Handling storage tickets and provide on-call support on Weekends.
• Working Snap mirror configuration and DR setup and Data Replications
• Working with NetApp support to collect logs and break fix
• Configuring snapvault for archive the data and restorations.

• Administer SAN and NAS Environment

• Creating CIFS shares and managing the permissions of the CIFS Shares
• Managing NFS Exports and configuring rules for clients
