  • ServiceNow - Managing application related Incidents, change tasks and implementing Servicenow upgrade activities.
  • CLM/DEVO Log Management - Used for Enterprise log collection and management. Daily monitoring of Windows, Linux, Legacy endpoints status and Troubleshooting servers that are not sending logs to CLM/Devo.
  • Trend Deep Security/Apex one – Adding the servers to Trend Deep Security which scan the servers for threats. Troubleshooting the agents that are offline. De-activating and Activating servers from the DSM Console based on business requirements . Generating Diagnostic logs for the computer from the DSM console for vendor troubleshooting.
  • Trend officescan – Adding the servers in Trend OfficeScan which scan the servers for threat. Adding the files/folders/extension under exclusion which excludes the files from scanning which in turn retain the performance of the server.
  • Tanium - Troubleshooting the servers that are not communicating with Tanium. Creating role and group. Providing permission to the group and module.
  • Tripwire IP360- Performing ASPL version upgrade on monthly basis and Troubleshooting offline Device profilers (collectors).
