Role & Responsibilities :-

• Technical support & Fault management for the WAN connectivity.
• Troubleshooting & Resolving issue link down, packet drops, link flapping.
• Check Transport path as well as wireless path & DLC path.
• Working on Cisco, Huawei & Juniper router & switches.
• As an experience member of team promptly handling all teams activities ( Like daily report's , Escalation, etc.) to improved team performance.
• Working on Non-service Affecting faults (NSA) - Checking routs flapping, Hub to spoke connectivity, Application ip reachability & Prefix value.
• Providing support for troubleshooting of routing protocol like OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS & Static route.
• Configuration of VLAN, BPDU Guard, Port configuration on cisco & Huawei

Professional Experience at "Client Location : "Tikona" as an "Network Support Engineer".

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Remote Monitoring of Network & Client End Connectivity via various NMS Tools such as Flex master, zone director, Telnet etc.
• Access of Core Routers via telnet installed in operational client to check network layer status of serving access point and client end device in order to determine drop in connectivity as well speed issues.

• Remote configuration of routers (cisco, D-link, Netgear etc. & various other wireless communication device available with clients.
• For monitoring these devices I have access of various applications such as Siebel, Capstone, Order and Service management (OSM).
