• Invoice submission bot is for converting Images or PDF data to email body with the Learning Instance (LI).
• Decision Upload bot get details from email body submitted to MS forms.
• We get cancellation and approve emails to the clients.

Responsibilities:

ü Supporting role and Managed RDP & Exception Handling for Site Management in VC4 tool mainly used for managing Inventory details Known as Inventory Management System (IMS).

ü Developed new Updated bot which reads the data form excel sheet and create new Site in inventory Management System (IMS).

ü Involved in designing, developing and implementation of Robotic process automation (RPA).

ü Designed process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.

Project Name : HRPAYR_ Payroll Incentive PAY(PIPA)

Responsibilities:

• Copy Incentive files (Prepared by Business Team from AskHR) from Network Drive and save them in Working folders.
• Open file and format data using excel function in both Tab of XLS files.
• Copy Data to specific Column in EIB Template from both Tab of XLS file, fill respective column and Save into Upload Folder.
• Validate EIB file in Workday.
• Upload EIB file in workday on Successful validation. And Report on unsuccessful EIB file.

Project Name : Resource Utilization Report (Daily, weekly, Monthly Reports)

• Worked for Sharepoint Application Reports.
• Get Data from the client Database with SQL, run python script to Updated the three(Daily,weekly,Monthly) Reports.
