Professional Experience (March 2026 – Present)

• Green Belt Development: Spearheading the design and execution of a 4.9 km green boundary plantation (15m width) for environmental sustainability and dust mitigation.
• Arid Landscape Management: Managing large-scale plantation operations, species selection, and resource optimization tailored to Jaisalmer's extreme climate.
• Project Execution: Overseeing site preparation, soil conditioning, and efficient irrigation deployment to ensure high survival rates and optimal growth.

Irrigation Planning & Layout.

The irrigation network is organized into two specialized systems designed to maximize water efficiency based on localized crop needs:

• Agro-Forestry & Miyawaki Plantation (32.47 Acres): Micro-Sprinkler Irrigation System operating at 2kg/cm pressure with a 3.0m × 3.0m spacing configuration.
• Green Pathway Plantation (0.99 acres): Drip irrigation system dedicated to single-row Bougainvillea planting along both sides of the pathway.

• Responsible for horticultural project planning, landscaping planning, and execution in my cluster unit at AWL Agribusiness Limited sites.

• Lead the plantation campaign across four units.
• As part of our sustainability initiative, over the past 2.5 years, with the dedicated collaboration of the team, we have successfully planted more than 20,000 trees across external and internal unit areas, government grasslands, and schools.
• New ETP Development Project
• The overall project featured an expertly executed site development plan, encompassing the creation of stunning vertical walls, the integration of cutting-edge, fully automated irrigation systems, and the establishment of a lush green corridor, all designed to elevate environmental sustainability to new heights.
• Smart Landscape Design with Automated Irrigation and Database Integration.
• Following the successful completion of the Urban Vertical Garden project, this initiative transformed a neglected 0.9-acre residential landscape into a thriving, low-maintenance ecosystem. The core innovation was an automated irrigation system linked to a custom database for real-time data management, optimizing water usage, plant health, and resource allocation in a water-scarce urban setting.
• Transformation of Vacant Residential Land into a Productive Fruit Orchard with Integrated Irrigation
• As my inaugural project immediately following my joining on January 30, 2023, this initiative targeted a long-neglected vacant plot in the resident colony — previously overrun with weeds and serving no purpose — to create a vibrant fruit orchard. The focus was on sustainable land utilization, promoting food security for over 100 resident families, and demonstrating quick-win greening in an industrial-adjacent urban setting. By integrating a low-cost irrigation system, the project ensured year-round viability in Rajasthan's semi-arid climate, aligning with my KRAs for environmental enhancement and community engagement.
