PM Phases:

Initiation:

· Planning of project timelines, project charter, project scope and scheduling, risk assessment.

· Analyse all stakeholders for their communication requirements and determine ways to keep them engaged by using a well-structured communication plan and a campaign.

· Created the detailed project management plan by analyzing project tasks/activities and assigning resources with a timeline.
