Receive and dispatch field crews to address feeder breakdowns promptly.
Feeder Monitoring and Control: Identify and respond to feeder faults, outages, and voltage fluctuations.
Control feeder switching operations to isolate faults, and restore the power supply.
CRM Complaint Management: Monitor and address customer complaints related to power outages, and other service disruptions through the CRM system.
Coordinate with field crews to resolve customer complaints promptly, track and analyze customer complaint trends to identify areas for improvement.
Network Planning and Design: Design network improvements (e.g., upgrades, reinforcements) to minimize technical losses.
Conduct and document load surveys, equipment inspections, and data collection.
