Job Responsibilities

Reporting to GM,RM,WM,TN Circle Head , Project Head, O&M head.

Project responsibility

Techno commercial activities : Finalizing the telecom station location on lease basis and sourcing, finalizing the vendor for project.

To find the lands with technical aspects and executing the agreements with concern owners.

To getting the Legal clearance from the accusation team and giving the necessary report to the project head and circle head.

Coordinating with the Telecom operators and the Project team, Land Lords and ensuring the site sharing work to be completed.

Arrange the suitable contractor for project work

Based on the soil condition get the drawing from eligible consultant

Finalized the foundation design either open raft, pile or well foundation

After completing civil work like shelter , DG and tower foundation will move to the installation work

Shelter installation , Tower installation , DG installation , A/c installation made as per the company standard

As per electrical standard for completing the indoor and outdoor electrical work

Getting 15KW,3-Phase EB power from concern TNEB for the installed cell site

As per the time schedule, handing over the tele- site to the concern customer

Follow up Vendor for timely submission of the bills and make the necessary payment for the same

O&M Responsibility

Monitoring the monthly rental process to the existing sites and ensures that the rental has reached the site owner at the time.

To monitor the energy billing each and every month

Maintain the cell site 99.99% uptime

Maintenance activity down in battery bank ,air-conditioner , stabilizer and power plant

Month completion reports are sent to o&m team as per schedule of time

Follow up Vendor for timely submission of the bills and make the necessary payment for the same

Job profile,

Coordinate the teams to Pdi,Service,Overall Datas Maintenances,Paper Work.

Installation, commissioning and automation of electrical ·equipments in sites

Coordinate the teams to Installation, Integration and Commissioning of bts.

. SMPS (Power plant) installation.

. All electrical works in cell site including AC panel board with plc.

. Diesel Generator installation and commissioning.

. Battery bank assembling.

. Laying of earth pits, earth strip routing and measuring earth values.

. RF cable routing and IF cable routing in cell sites.

. Lighting arrester and aviation lamp wring and connections.

. All types of cell site civil foundations like the following.

Ø Open raft foundation

Ø Well foundation

Ø Pile foundation

Ø Multi pile foundation

. All types of shelter foundation and installation

. AC installation and commissioning

All types of cell tower erection like IMI and Rambol

Overall Receiving the New Commercial vehicles from the plant

in the Yard ,Conducting pdi before vehicle delivery to the customers & Rto process ,stock maintanace,Inward & outward register ,crm process.
