"Submitted Ph.D. in Biotechnology entitles To understand the regulation and functions of AP-1 during adipocyte differentiation, I specialize in the handling of stem cells and cancer cells such as breast, colon and liver. My primary focus involves the differentiation of human mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes, backed by proficiency in a range of advanced laboratory methodologies such as real-time PCR, immunostaining, Western blot, Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), RNA sequencing data handling, and docking. I have a track record of successful contributions to research projects, along with experience in leading research teams and managing complex projects. Actively seeking opportunities to apply my skills, develop new ones, and make a meaningful impact. Additionally, I study the anticancer and anti-inflammatory effects of Inonotus exudates on cancer cells. These investigations further expand my research scope, encompassing both adipogenesis and anticancer properties, and underline my commitment to exploring diverse avenues in biotechnology and cancer biology. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have effectively led research teams and spearheaded complex projects, leading to significant contributions in various research domains. I am confident that my background in biology research, coupled with my leadership experience and passion for innovation, make me a strong candidate for the position.
