Lead – Corporate Action Manager (CAM) Team:

Corporate Action Manager (CAM) is an external client facing application used by clients to Monitor, instruct and manage corporate actions from a single application.

• CAM CBOR Adoption for Custody: Seamless migration of CAM to Strategic Custody Book of Record (CBOR) data for Custody Dividend/Interest, Mandatory Corporate Action event types and Payments.
• Simplified Technology Architecture by CBOR adoption and real time data synch, paving the way to decommission of third party vendor product CDC which is used to replicate data from GDW to CAM. This will result in aligning CAM to Global Strategic platforms thus reducing the Operational and Client queries and CAM infrastructure (mainframe & VSI) cost saves of 29K monthly.

Lead - ANZ Instruction Capture Team:

Instruction Capture team has achieved a flawless execution and delivery of migrating ~30 ANZ Fund Accounting Instruction Capture flows from legacy platform to global VET/Redwing strategic Instruction Capture stack.

• This program has achieved significant savings for our Operational teams which cover monthly ~ 800K transactional volumes across all product types.
• By expanding asset coverage this Program has enabled greater Operational efficiency and an improved STP rate of 95% for trade capture.
• In addition it has met Technology Simplification objectives by decommissioning legacy Himalaya infrastructure & Get to Moderate (GTM) program.
• This delivery is a culmination of almost 2 years of hard work put in collaboration across multiple teams Tech, Product and Operations.
• Benefits: Greater Operational efficiency by providing larger instrument coverage and improved STP rates.
• 35% reduction in manual processing volume including reducing High risk and tactical UT’s.
• Extend strategic Instruction Capture modular business architecture to support APAC flows utilizing multiple instruction formats such as SWIFT, bespoke client formats with Redwing across multiple asset types via VET cartridges.
• Operations use globally consistent toolset, for exception management and trade entry.
• This enables de-commission of Himalaya - a legacy trade processing engine, Sundry Manager - legacy Income/Expense processing application and TES - a high risk UDT.
• Decommission of unsupported technology stack and legacy infrastructure resulting annual cost saves of 320K.
• The ANZ technology platform for transaction processing becomes globally aligned.
