Bacteriological analysis of food products Development, modification, and verification of testing methods. Analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations. report, review and authorization of results Supervision of daily microbiology Laboratory activities to ensure timely and accurate release of results. Monitoring competence of personnel. Tests include: Identification of Salmonella,Campylobacter, E.coli, E. coli 0157, enterococci, Staphylococcus aureus , Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogens, and Pseudomonas by using manual method, VIDAS, TEMPO,IDEXX and PCR. Calibrate, operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment according to laboratory standard operating procedures. Ensures work is in accordance with approved equipment, calibration, maintenance and safety procedures. Trained new employees on lab operation GLP standards Food safety system and HACCP
