- Lead Engineer for implementation of all electrical systems of 33 & 11KV transmission line and switchyard works at Kundaliya MVRWSS
- Preparation of electrical BOQ and material procurement schedule for completion and commissioning of the project.
- Obtaining permissions from competent electrical authorities like State Transmission Company, Chief Electrical Inspector for 33KV Transmission line.
- Erection/Commissioning of HT & LT pumps & motors and all valves like sluice valves, butterfly valves, dual plate check valves, sluice gates and EOT crane and MS pipe Suction and delivery of pumps and Raw water, pure water, sludge drainpipe lines of Water treatment plant and pump houses as per the Approved drawing & Technical Specifications.
- Efficient mobilization of resources such as sub-contractors, machinery and manpower to complete works as per project schedule.
- Preparation of client bills, certification of contractor bills, joint measurement certificates and reconciliation statements of materials as per company norms.
- Managing the installation activities of Power Transformer with all accessories, complete the cycle of oil filtration process with maintained the proper BDV, PPM value as per the erection methodology.
- Coordination supply vendor and testing of all electrical equipment like Power Transformer, CT, PT, VCB, Relay testing of panels etc.
- Site Execution of cabling system (HT, LT, Control and Instrumentation) with contractors. Co-ordination with HO for timely supply of material by maintaining proper cabling data and reconciliation.
- Upon project completion, coordinate with contractors, consultants for preparing As-built drawings, submission of all documents to customers, O&M team.
- Monitored daily progress on-site to maintain a clear understanding of challenges faced by the team members or any required adjustments in plans or schedules.
- Implemented safety protocols for reduced workplace injuries, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
