• Knowledge of analyzing and data collection on solid control equipment through retort analysis, improving performance and feedback to office via reports.
• Prepare and maintain field operation daily reports.
• Maintenance of reciprocating pumps and trouble shooting.
• Detailed knowledge of electrical connection of all solid control equipment.
• Knowledge to restart the equipment after the electrical power shutdown in the rig decreasing the conveyer and bowl rpm of centrifuge to avoid the breakdown of equipment.
• Good exposure in oil and gas 100% Hse.
• Daily observe and write hse in the rig to maintain the safety procedure.
• Knowledge on lock out and tag out, working at height, safety aspects on work especially electrical and mechanical safety, safe tool practice, step back 5s safety and wearing proper ppe.
• Implement regular maintenance schedules for solid control equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
• Effectively handle and dispose of the separated solids in accordance with environmental regulation.
