Working as a Google Cloud Admin for now and doing the automation on front.

Worked for an health care client as GCP Infra engineer, have provisioned GCP services using Terraform along with Ansible integrations using Gitlab CICD pipeline. Creation of GKE clusters and other GCP resources, troubleshooting of pods, application failures, auto scaling, setting up monitoring tools etc with IaC.
Also worked as Linux admin on access management part and worked on enduser service-now tickets. Taking part on all key discussions, status calls, working sessions, workshops and mentoring the team members.

Worked as Sr. Infra engineer which involves daily work on GCP services like IAM, Load Balance, VPC, Storage, Kubernetes, Stackdriver monitoring, App engine, Compute engine, Deployment manager.

Good hands-on experience in ITIL framework: Incident, change and problem management. driving severity-1 calls, and preparing RCA.

Queue monitoring, conducting ticket audits for resolved incidents. Managing all technical towers during the shifts as shift manager and attending client facing all on daily basis.

Worked at at&t technical support analyst, providing technical troubleshooting solutions via phone and emails. Dealing with internet releated issues.

Career begins at IBM Daksh as an GPRS advisor, troubleshooting with mobile internet connectivity.
