• Production Planning – Product specific SOPs, hygiene and cleaning aspects, production/processing/packing aspects,machine operation aspects,etc.
• ISO22000 & ISO9000 implementation & Documentation,HACCP Plans for the identified product clusters. Implementation of GMP, GHP procedures.
• Production Tracking- Opening Balance, Actual Balance,Actual Production, Actual Dispatches, Closing Balance, New products development and trials.
• Coordinating and Collaborate with plant operators, lab chemists, and plant supervisors by adapting and updating myself and my team to organizational needs.
• Technical-problem solving and trouble shooting and upcoming with new solutions.
• To make sure that quality milk is procured from DCs under the concept of “QUALITY EXCELLENCE from COW TOCONSUMER”.
• Identifies root cause for production delays and initiates corrective action as and when needed.
• Working out to meet the legal requirements for the export.
•Ensuring Regulatory Compliance with certification from standards authorities such as FSSAI, ISO,AGMARK.
Awarded “Quality Mark” by National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) developed initiative of Award Scheme for dairy Cooperatives to promote and encourage enhancement of safety, quality and hygiene of milk and milk products manufactured by dairy cooperatives.
