  • Monthly demand is met successfully by proper planning and coordinating with Komul Dairy and distribution by regular touch with the CD purchase team Source - Production & dispatch Reports.
  • Average Inventory of finished goods & Laminates is maintained by coordinating regularly with Dairy and Tetrapak team, MCB by coordinating with Vendor and Dairy. Source - Monthly stock Report.
  • Evaluation of TP milk cost by collecting Rawmilk price of KOMUL union and comparing with other unions monthly and communicating the same with CCD purchase team for cost working. Relevant documents shared via mail to purchase team.
  • Monthly delivery schedule is maintained upon proper communication with Transporter, Dairy and purchase team to maintain safety/Buffer stock by implementing weekly delivery and regular checking of fill analyst report. Regular updates to team regarding Stocks, Productions & Dispatches.
  • Regular collections of quality certificates after incubation from Quality analysts and thorough check of TP milk quality in order to ensure safe product. Regular discussions with the quality team to ensure quality rejections.
