• About the Project: ACSS is the Automated Customer Support System, which involves solving many problems for representatives (telecaller customer care representatives), starting from receiving customer calls to addressing issues/queries such as changing plans, technical issues, and mobile monthly bill-related information, etc. ACSS incorporates the CTI (Computer Telephone Interface) for customer call handling. With ACSS, the representative can solve almost any problem.

SPEI is Bank of Mexico (BOM) Client, will process all types of incoming and outgoing messages from/to BOM. Major Modules Listeners: Communicate with Bank of Mexico continuously to receive and send messages asynchronously. Key Management: Generates digital signature for outgoing messages with CITI private keys. Message Formatter and Translator: Translates messages to byte to readable format. Router and Dispatcher: Routes (identify downstream system) and Dispatches messages to downstream systems.

• Developed Router module with JBoss Drools, which will process all incoming and outgoing transactions and routes transactions to corresponding downstream systems.
• Integrated Router module with SPEI UI, Guvnor and SPEI middle-ware.
• Key Management (KM) developed with Java security, handles verify digital-signatures and generate digital signature with respective private and public-keys.

HighRadius Cash Application on Demand enables end-to-end automation of the cash application process. A powerful rules engine matches patterns and cleanses data. A unique data aggregation engine parses email attachments and web portals, eliminating manual capture of remittance data and deduction backup.

Responsibilities Included

· Developed Frameworks for Customer Master, Web aggregation and Dynamic E-Mail data loading using Core java, spring and hibernate.
