• BANBURY MIXERS, M/S TYRE & TUBE INDUSTRIES, The function of the mixer is mainly used in rubber mixing and plastic refining. The mixer is a machine with a pair of Rotors with specific shape and a relative rotation which plasticizes and blends the polymer materials in a closed state with adjustable temperature and pressure. The Mixers are one of the key machines for Rubber industries.
• MIXING MILLS, M/S TYRE & TUBE INDUSTRIES, The mixing mills are used for the manufacture of rubber compounds. A rubber base material is mixed with several additives, such as fillers, softeners, processing aids, and colorants here. The two rolls of the rolling mill rotate in the opposite direction. Mills are used in different applications like warming, feeding, mixing, cushioning. The Mixing mills are also one of the key machines for Rubber industries.
• EXTRUDERS(HOT & COLD FEED), M/S TYRE & TUBE INDUSTRIES, An Extruder is simply the machine used to complete the extrusion process. Using a system of barrels and cylinders, the machine heats up the product and propels it through the die to create the desired shapes. The twin screw extruders also are there, it can be rotating with the same are counter-rotating and depends on direction. The Extruders are also one of the key machines for TYRE & TUBE industries.
• KNEADER MCHINES, M/S VILAS POLYMERS LTD, The kneader is widely used in mixing, kneading, crushing, vulcanizing, and re-polymerization of high viscosity and high elastoplastic materials. The kneader has high kneading and uniform mixing efficiency used in various applications. Here we have manufactured for FLAP rubber products.
• BALE CUTTER, M/S RUBBER INDUSTRIES, Bale cutter is high precision Hydraulic powered cutter will cut the Rubber into pieces of rubber to a selected and required size. Bales can be feed through the machine on free rotation rollers. This machine is particularly used in rubber mixing units.
• BIAS CUTTER- A Bias cutter is a used in the manufacturing of tyres,its primary function is to cut tyre fabric cord of nylon with rubber coated,it should be a 45 degrees typically or required other cutting Angles.
• HYDRAULIC DOUBLE MOULD TYRE CURING PRESS, M/S TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES, The function of this machine, curing is the process of applying pressure to the green tyre, to Shape & Cure the various Type of Tyres. The Machine is Fully Automatic, and Auto Control the Steam and temperature levels inside the machine.
• HYDRAULIC TUBE CURING PRESS, M/S TUBE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES, The function of this machine, curing is the process of applying pressure to the green tyre, to Shape & Cure the various Type of Tyres. The Machine is Fully Automatic, and Auto Control the Steam and temperature levels inside the machine.
• TYRE BILDING MACHINE (BTU AND STB) TYPE, M/S TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES, Tyre building machines (TBM) can be manually operated or fully automatic operated. TBM operations have included typical, the first stage of operation, here inner liner, body plies, and sidewalls are wrapped around the drum, the beads are placed, and plies turn up over the bead, this process can be used in spring turn up as well as bladder turnup machines as same.
• TYRE JAMMING MACHINE- A Tyre jamming machine can be operated manually and its used for splicing on GREEN TYRE THREAD Joint with Required pressure.
• BATCH OFF UNIT, M/S TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES, The scope of the machines is for cooling and storage of rubber sheet after mixing or extrusion, etc. Then the rubber sheet after cooling, it will be delivered to the next process with stacking. The cooling method of batch off can be fan cooling, water cooling for matching different requirements.
