• Overall responsibility for Total Productive Maintenance, efficiency, quality auditing, MSQCD parameters, and operations management for cylinder head line 3 shifts.
• Gauge Calibration, Quality Horizontal Countermeasure implementation, and programming correction according to the Coordinate Measuring Machine report to prevent any outflow of defects.
• Use of 7 QC tools for the analysis of quality defects.

• Monitoring 5s level of the STP, ZLD, and WTP Area.
• Improving the efficiency of water recycling by a zero liquid system, as per plan.
• Safety Coordinator and ISO 45001 operation and equipment control, all India and overseas incident sharing, along with countermeasure implementation.
• Adherence to the system to track the audit points and update c/m status.
• Spare part maintenance and procurement in ZLD, STP area.
• Calibration of water flowmeters,

• Increasing of straight pass ratio in production of cars,
• Bumper to SPO NF reduction.
• Water Leakage Deduction in mass produced cars to improve quality.
• Maintaining Quality reports of frame control department.
