KYC Documents Checking:

• Reviewing KYC documents to verify format, alignment, font, and photo accuracy to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Medical Records Assessment:

• Evaluating medical records and findings to identify any health-related risks that may impact insurance coverage.

Income Proof Verification:

• Checking the basic formats of income proofs to ensure they meet underwriting guidelines and standards.

Bank Statements Analysis:

• Analyzing bank statements to review transactions, salary credits, and overall financial health of the applicant.

ITR Verification:

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Income Tax Returns (ITR) during the underwriting process.

Customer Video Verification:

• Taking responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the client's provided details during video interactions to ensure all information matches the insurance application.

Existing Policies Review:

• Reviewing all existing insurance policies held by the customer to identify overlaps, gaps, or potential risks, and making informed underwriting decisions based on the comprehensive evaluation.
