DATA GOVERNANCE QUALITY INDEX (DGQI)   Jan. 2023 to Current

DGQI survey is conducted by the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO), NITI Aayog.  The DGQI survey aims to measure the maturity level of administrative data systems and their use in decision-making of various Ministries and Departments on the implementation of Central Sector Schemes (CS) and Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS).   

• Various data points/indicators have been identified for DGQI survey and broadly classified in 6 categories data generation; data quality; data analysis, use and dissemination; use of technology; Data security and HR capacity; data management.
• Coordination /Discussion with concerned team for responses
• Responses on these data points/indicators for all the 4 schemes have been prepared.
• Data has been submitted for Quarter 4 of FY 2022-23 for the identified 4 schemes (Vahan, Sarathi, eChallan and PUCC).
• As per the assessment by DMEO, NITI Ayog, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways got the 4.22 score on the Scale of 5.
• Certificate of Recognition has been awarded to me by DMEO, NITI Ayog during a workshop held on 14th February, 2024.

 NATIONAL E-GOVERNANCE SERVICE DELIVERY ASSESSMENT (NESDA)   July 2023 to Feb. 2024 

DARPG undertakes study known as National e-Governance Services Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) it has their 3 Servies Vehicle registration, issuance of Learner license and driving license and Ministry Portal (morth.nic.in). 

• Coordination with Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH)
• Responses to the questionnaire for Ministry Portal have been prepared and submitted.
• Discussion with PwC Team posted at DARPG Office for assessment of the submitted responses.
• Discussion with officials of NIC-Cell at MoRTH for the changes suggested in the MoRTH Portal as per suggestion of PwC team.
• Discussion with HOG and officials of eTransport Project for the changes suggested in the Parivahan (Service) Portal as per suggestion of PwC team.
• Preparation and uploading of proof for the response for all the 4 questionnaires.

PARIVAHAN ANALYTICS PORTAL   Mar. 2018 to Current

Analytical dashboard designed on Vahan and Sarathi data. Vahan-project provides vehicle released services and Sarathi provides DL & LL related services. Responsible for Requirement gathering, Analysis, planning & driving product development, customization and maintenance using agile methodology.

• Managing Multi-team (Team members, Leads) and coordinate multiple departments.
  Development, installation, operation, and maintenance of software deployments. Leading a 6-8-member internal team of engineers and integrating their efforts to maximize overall team productivity.
• Developed Parivahan analytics portal, it's a near real time data visualization tool that extracts critical information from data to make it meaningful information for policy decisions and improving efficiency in govt. services and citizen delivery. It gives highly rich interactive graphical representations of trends, key performance indicators, comparisons, predictions with power of open-source technologies like Elasticsearch, HDFS, Spark centrally stores the data with
• Elasticsearch to provide lightning-fast search, fine-tuned relevancy and powerful analytics that scale with ease.
  Developed Rest Apis (NetStart Api), provide deep search on Vahan and Sarathi data with help of open-source technologies like Elasticsearch, Java Spring Boot for rest services.
• Preparation of various presentation/ documents and other coordination..

 MVAHAN ANDROID APPLICATION  Sept. 2019 to Aug. 2023

• Android application for Vahan-4 RTO and vehicle dealer services like new vehicle registration, Transport Vehicle Fitness, hypothecation addition-termination etc.
• Analysis of services provided by vahan project at R.T.O end, system performance, solutions. Initiate development of VAHAN rest services, picked up few hot modules like new vehicle registration, transport vehicle fitness test, hypothecation services.
• Defining product vision, portfolio, value proposition, roadmap and leading all activities necessary to deliver the product to end users (design, stories, testing, release, demo etc.)
• Facilitates vehicle registration, transport vehicle fitness test, hypothecation services Initiated development of m-Vahan mobile client which gives a user interface for VAHAN rest services, mobile based.

NATGRID PARIVAHAN APIS June 2019 to Oct. 2022

• Parivahan advance data search Apis for National Investigation Agency's project called NATGRID
• Complex Fast data search powered by Elasticsearch Supports full-text search, Regx, wildcard and fuzzy search.
• Implemented with Java Spring boot with all guidelines by Open Web Application Security Project.
