Achievements

• Successfully develop and launch project “RailMadad” a new generation public grievance redressal system of Indian Railways.
• RailMadad won ‘Silver’ National E-governance award 2020 in citizen centric delivery category and ‘Gold’ National SCOKH award 2020 in E- governance category.
