  • All incoming remittances are to be accurately processed within SLA, and payments for BTA (Business Travel Accounts) accounts for the India market should be reconciled.
  • Raising disputes for the corporate, and liaising with travel agencies and clients to resolve them.
  • Work on emails from clients, travel agencies, and stakeholders, performing analysis and due diligence on payments received and disputes raised.
  • Generating monthly statements and handling the escalations for critical corporates like Accenture, Infosys, Ernst and Young, McKinsey, Vedanta, Thomas Cook, and many more.
  • Preparing and presenting various weekly and monthly Excel reports pertaining to clients and process productivity. Also, sharing weekly and monthly MIS with clients and travel agencies.
