• Provisioning Layer 2 and DSL configuration for Airtel Wi-Fi Services.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any kind of customer-related complaints and requests regarding Wi-Fi services.
• Managing Fault (It includes identifying the issue, troubleshooting it, and escalating it to the concerned vendor or concerned network team according to the responsibility for immediate resolution).

• Configure Wi-Fi hotspot and provide connectivity to different DSLAMs (Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, UT-Star).

• Generating SR and coordinating with vendors (Ericsson and Cisco TAC), and providing NOC support on product-related issues.
• • Maintaining and creating data usage and access points uptime reports on a daily basis to keep check on any abnormal network behavior and sharing it with the business team.

• DSLAM configurations: adding VLAN, PVC, Tagging card.

• Creating and changing DSL and VDSL profiles for customers.
• • Hands-on experience with tools: UT-Star Netman, ALU NMS, Nokia Siemens, Ericsson/EDA, Network Analyzer, OSS, Remedy, and ICRM.
• Checking the plan policy, barring issues, and resolving them.
• Performing single and bulk roaming, and port binding.
